Recently, several articles have been published about Terox AS regarding the enforcement action carried out by the bailiff in Flekkefjord on November 22, 2025. We would like to provide a clear and concise update on the situation.
Background:
• Agder Tunnelservice AS went bankrupt in March 2024. Shortly after, Terox AS purchased the estate, including inventory and machinery.
• Two months later, Agder Guppen also went bankrupt. It then became clear that there were multiple parties interested in parts of the inventory acquired by Terox AS.
• The machines that were removed on Friday 21.11.2025 have been the subject of ongoing discussions. We have not reached an agreement, and the opposing party has obtained a court ruling that the machines should be placed on neutral ground for the time being.
These discussions will continue, but now with the machines stored elsewhere. We emphasize that this does not affect our daily operations or deliveries to customers.
